Kimberly Hoferer manages Erik's primary support network through her hands-on approach to scheduling and exemplary organizational skills. Kim is a Cum Laude graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education. While at West Chester she was a three-time Division I Academic All-American field hockey player as a member of the Lady Rams. Kim teaches Health and Physical Education in the public school system at the secondary level in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Pam Krim is an Associate Broker with over 19 years of experience. Widely known as a Wilmington city expert, she was recently featured in City Life magazine for her market knowledge and perspective on what is making an impact in and around the city. Grounded on unwavering principles and ethics, Pam is actively involved with not-for-profit organizations specializing in the revitalization and redevelopment of residential communities. Finally, Pam thoroughly enjoys and is motivated by making a positive impact on the lives of her clients. Beth Chambers is our full time Office Manager ensuring that all of the critical operational details are taken care of. Also a licensed attorney, Beth has excellent knowledge of the real estate buying and selling processes. She creates the marketing materials, handles the administrative roles of the strategic marketing plan, and runs the team office.
